Return & Replacement Policy

At Le’VahnneLux®, we take pride in creating high-quality vegan, cruelty-free skincare products designed to elevate your daily routine. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are considered final once the product is opened. However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives products that arrive in excellent condition.


Unopened Items, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly review your request for a replacement or store credit.


To be eligible:

 

  • Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue must be provided

 

To begin a request, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item.
 

Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivities
Our products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients; however, individual skin types may react differently.
Because we cannot control personal skin sensitivities or application methods, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and conducting a patch test before full use.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance events

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • International orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

 

Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, Le’VahnneLux® may provide:

 

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit for the value of the item

 

Refunds to the original payment method are issued at our discretion and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
 

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  2. Wait 24 hours to observe any signs of irritation or sensitivity.

  3. If redness, irritation, itching, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

 

Patch testing helps reduce the likelihood of unexpected reactions, especially for those with sensitive or reactive skin.


Individual Skin Reactions
Because every individual’s skin chemistry is unique, Le’VahnneLux® cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for every skin type. Le’VahnneLux® is not responsible for adverse reactions that may occur due to allergies, sensitivities, or misuse of products.


Proper Use

  • Do not apply to broken or irritated skin

  • Keep products out of reach of children
